Many thanks to all the volunteers who have helped out at DRIVE IN BINGO, which had turned out to be a great success. Special thanks to the Glancy brothers for use of their carpark, also to D&S signs for the use of their premises and to also to our partners Cortober Bingo.
Well done to our own Darragh O Beirne and  Roscommon minors on reaching Connacht final by defeating Galway on last Friday evening. They now face Sligo on the 9th/10th January.
National Club Draw tickets are in circulation now within the club. Tickets €10 and can be purchased from most club officers. Great prizes on offer with 1st prize being Renault Clio Dynamique. Please support.
Our senior AGM took place last Tuesday night by zoom. Outgoing officer Paul Mulvey was thanked for all his hard work with the club down through the years. Much praise was also given to Michael Lynch who stepped down from Irish and Cultural officer after over a decade. Michael was a great asset on our executive committee and everyone always looked to him for his wise counsel. Our chairman Colm Kelly proposed for Michael to be our next President and this was unanimously agreed by all.
We would like to express our gratitude to all our coaches, managers, committee members and volunteers within the club who have done such great work this year in such difficult circumstances. Hopefully for 2021 we will be back to some kind of normality.
Wishing everyone a Happy and Peaceful Christmas every good wish for 2021.
