DRIVE IN BINGO will continue again next Sunday night at 8pm sharp.Thank you to our partners Cortober Bingo, to all the Stewart’s for their help and again many thanks to Padraig & Jim Glancy for use of the carpark, which is essential to the running of this event.
Shannon Gaels intermediate mens team were drawn out to meet St Faithleachs in quarter final of championship. The game will be this Sunday in Strokestown at 2pm. We would like to wish Noel, Pat, Damien and all the team the very best of luck. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions there will be no spectators. We would ask all our loyal supporters to please respect these guidelines. We will keep everyone updated during the game.
U12 mixed team defeated Western Gaels on Saturday last, they are now through to the  Shield final date tbc.

Tuesday 25th August Minor Div 1 combined team play St Brigids away at 7pm in Kiltoom.
On Thursday 27th U14 Div 1 side play Oran/St Croans at 7pm in Enfield and Friday 28th U14 Div 4 play Western Gaels in Kilmore at 7pm. Again we would ask everyone to adhere to the guidelines with just one parent to attend game. Best of luck to all teams.

The U16 ladies have also reached the Div 1 County semi final. They meet Clan na nGael ón Tuesday 25th August in Croghan at 7pm. We wish the team and management all the best.  Also in the semi final are our u14 girls. They take on Éire Óg in Croghan on Thurs 27th @6.30pm. We send lots of luck to them all. We are very grateful to Paddy Murray and family of Doormotion for the generous sponsorship of kit bags for our senior ladies. Presentation was made after the game on Sunday morning.
